Hi, there! You may be wondering who I am! My name is Bailey Ward, and I am a mother of 5. I am a registered social services worker and have been working in the field since 2017. I have lived and professional experience. I have a lot of passion for mental health and addictions! I have supported individuals with addictions, mental health and a variety of disabilities. As someone who has navigated this field both personally and professionally, I recognize the challenges to getting support. There are many barriers standing in the way that inspired the birth of Soul Bloom Support.
I believe in non-judgmental, affordable mental health care.
Some fun facts about me are that I love concerts and usually have a funky hair colour!
Soul Bloom's Story
After years of working in the social work field, I've seen the barriers that people face in accessing services. Long waitlists and financial constraints often hold people back from receiving the care they need. Transportation and motivation are separate issues, making it difficult to experience growth. I wanted to bring a mobile and virtual, yet affordable, experience to the community of Norfolk and its surrounding areas.

I am a registered Social Services Worker, supporting individuals for 8 years within the field. I recently graduated with honours. I have both lived and professional experience. I have supported individuals with case management, advocacy, planning (safety, relapse, coping, etc.), medication and meal support, cleaning, navigating supports, mental health and addiction support, crisis intervention, and so much more.
I am passionate and dedicated to helping you reach your goals and grow. Lived experience led me on this path and continues to guide my heart in providing the best care.
